This was a thrilling recount of the Endurance crew's adventure through the antarctic circle. I haven't read a book like this before and wasn't sure it would hold my attention, but it was told with so much heart that I cared for every character (except that one dude who refused to DO ANYTHING 😅) and the tension had me constantly on the edge of my seat.

It astounds me how brave and determined and strangely optimistic this crew was in the most dire circumstances.

Spoiler: I also genuinely cannot

believe everyone survived and I nearly cried when they were all rescued.
