Main character is dumb to the point that it's unbearable. Dresses and parties - her only interest. No knowledge, no interests, cannot communicate with people (author probably wanted to make her a quirky little thing, but made an unsufferable being).
If someone's appearance is describe, it's either Mary Sue of this book or her love interests.
Didn't understand how Death can be invested in her.

This book was amazing! I loved the world. I have never read something like it. The pace was pretty fast – it’s the kind of book that keeps you glued to the edge of your seat.

I went in blind, not realizing it was a murder mystery, but that surprise only added to the excitement. The twists and turns had me guessing until the very end. The setting reminded me a bit of Bridgerton. There were some things that were a bit predictable, but I still loved it!
