Neo wanted to practice some reading and this book seemed the perfect fit. Raggedy Ann & Andy are two lovely dolls belonging to a little girl. When Marcella decides that she will go to the fair, she apologizes that her friends cannot come with her. However, Raggedy Ann & Andy have other ideas and make their own fair, happy to try some of the games and rides. Something happens and it is all dolls on deck to save the day. But, they will need to be careful before Marcella discovers that they have abilities of their own.

Neo thought that the story was quite funny, especially when the dolls came to life. He found them cute and the illustrations looked like something they would see on television. It talks about creativity, something that all children should have. The reading level was great and it kept Neo’s attention throughout.
