Absolutely hilarious!!! A man’s perspective on divorce, depression, family tension, viewing your parents when you are an adult versus a child, death and dating.

What a great audiobook! I liked having a male main character. It seems like I read a lot of books where the woman is the protagonist. Very well narrated and a fun listen!

This was an interesting book. I was curious to see how everything played out, and I really liked the main character, Andy, but I just couldn't manage to connect to Daisy. I wouldn't say it's a great book, and I don't know that I would really recommend it to anyone, but it wasn't horrible.

It's true, we are all damaged, every one of us. We're All Damaged takes us through some months in Andy's life during which he (hopefully) realizes this. Andy isn't in the best place. His ex-wife is living in their old house with the guy she left Andy for. His grandfather is dying. His mother is becoming the new face of right-wing homophobia. And he's burned plenty of bridges with his best friend and family.
Norman has crafted an easy-to-read, believable story filled with damaged characters. I adored Daisy, the multi-tattooed stranger that nearly immediately inserts herself into Andy's life, and for the better. I like how things don't unfold like your standard nauseous-making romantic comedy. Everything feels real, and true, and the ending is just right. Thanks, Mr. Norman!

I decided to read this book without reading the blurb first, to give myself a surprise. By the end of the book, I still didn't know what it was about. This book was tedious, inane and full of utterly dislikeable people. A quick read, yes, but still a total waste of time.

I'd say 3.75. A good relationship book for those who might have been dumped in the recent (or distant past)
