Enjoyed the book and the mystery. I did know the movie with Sir Peter Ustinov, there are some pleasant differences between move and book.
I did not like the 'happy ending' though, Rosamund giving up her independence to become a countryside housewife. I guess it fits the time when it was written, but not with strong, independent women nowadays.
