A tender read. It spoke to me on a personal level as I share Mitch Albom’s fears about starting a family young. His writing is earnest, humble and moving. There are simple wisdoms in this book; it teaches you about selflessness, love, joy, family, trust, faith, wander and strength. It asked uncomfortable questions and provides not the answer but a fellow human’s response.

I haven't read a lot of memoirs, but they sure make me sad. The audiobook was phenomenal because there are audio clips of Mitch and Chika. Very special book. Reminded that I take a lot of things for granted.
