Given a second chance at life after dying in a car crash, Chris Copestake finds that her new existence is complicated: her husband is tired of her host-body's cheating ways and wants to part with her as soon as she is well enough to take care of herself. Can Chris navigate the glittering social life that Hallie DiBarto lived? And will she win back the man who no longer desires to have her at his side?

This was a beautiful story, but...

1. The attitude of the hero really hypocritical. And wishy-washy.
2. The heroine was so naive in her interactions with the villains.

At first I thought the premise was too close to Drop Dead Diva until I realised the show was filmed a long time after the book was written. And, since this was penned more than 25 years ago, perhaps we can forgive some of the more insensitive musings of our heroine. I'd like to think that Chris is better than that.

I don't typically read romance (or romance tinged with a touch of mystery), but Until I Die Again was a captivating stroll off the reading path.

A fun read, but the plot elements got somewhat disjointed. I enjoyed the settings and the chemistry between the leads, who seemed to have fun together.
