This books content is quite dark and is more for a person who has not been through addiction than one who has. If you are in recovery I don’t think this is the book for you because it might be triggering in certain sections. On the other hand, if a friend or family member has had trouble with substance abuse and you want to understand their situation this book is a great beginning for that.
