the vibe of this book was everything i needed rn and more! the only thing that could have made this book better is if i read it in the peak of fall sitting outside drinking a pumpkin cold foam coffee wearing a big comfy sweater. ALSO there was so many good quotes and topics addressed that were just so things i needed to hear. loved it! it had just fun things in it, it was immersive and whimsical and made you think. great time!

This book was like a “who done it?” mixed with fantasy, witchy vibes, and romance and I completely loved it! There wasn’t any spice but honestly, the book didn’t need it because the plot and the tension between “Death” & Signa was enough to keep readers captivated. I can’t wait to read the next book in the series, which is hilarious because this book has been sitting on my shelf for a while now. If you Romantasy girlies haven’t read this book yet, I highly recommend!

This book had a lot of things I do love in a fantasy story: poison plants, death magic, mask ball, gothic architecture, romance and an interesting murder mystery. I had a really fun time reading it but sadly I really didn’t like the main character which influenced my reading experience a lot. Also I probably should have read this in autumn instead of summer.

BRB kicking my feet over the grim reaper.

I listened to this via audiobook and the narrator made it so fun! The voice acting is topppp notttch.

Loved this regency mystery and ate it up!!!!
