This author is on the same royal shelf as Coleen Hoover for me. Never has har book disappointed me. Love the suspense and love the devoted male characters even more so.

Maddox family reunion? Sort of.

From Here to You has some familiar faces and more stories to chase down. Jamie McGuire definitely wanted us to be teased, tranquilizer, and begging for more. I'm desperate for scraps even. From Here to You is a second chance, runaway bride, and all around sweet story.

It has some terrible circumstances but it is a truly wonderful story. A "perfect" love story. I'm just going to omit the details...that way you feel right at home.

Whether or not you are up to date on all things Maddox, you will definitely feel a need to be or find out more. So enjoy the visits from friends, love the sneak peeks, and hold your breath for more. Or breath but cross your fingers for more?! Yeah, that's seems more reasonable.

Well, this book didn't disappoint. I didn't think the series could keep getting better but it does and I loved the ending to it. The characters showed so much growth within each book and the relationships that were being created just made the series that much better for all the loose ends to be tied. I loved the relationship between the two main characters and how they overcome their differences. I love anything Jamie writes and she met my high expectations.

From Here to You is a cute little romance. It was super easy to get into and read until the end. There were a few things that bothered me, but overall it was a decent read.

I liked the characters, but it had an unrealistic male lead. I mean, it’s great to read and fantasize about and all, but it’s just not realistic. Yes, there are kind men. Yes, there are handsome men. Yes, there are handsome men who are kind. But I’ve never met a guy like this. Maybe they exist rarely, but Trex is just too good to be true. He’s been dreaming about Darby before he met her. He’s been telling all his friends about her, before he even met her. For years before he met her. He refused to settle with anyone else until he found her. He was waiting for her. And then she turns out to be a bit of a mess and oh – surprise! She’s pregnant. And he doesn’t even give it a second thought. They barely know each other – they’ve never even slept together themselves – and he’s taking on the dad role for someone else’s baby. I mean, come on. It’s just a bit much.

The story captivated me right from the start and it was easy to get right back into the story every time I picked it back up like I never left. At a certain point later in the story, it got to a point where I was just like okay when’s the ex showing up to destroy their happiness? I mean, he’s gotta show up eventually, right?

There were a few things about the ending that bothered me too, but I can’t say without spoiling the story.

Overall, everything was decent, with a few minor annoyances to me personally. This story was nothing overly special, but just a nice easy read.
