As I said, I loved this book soo much. And the most surprising thing was that I especially enjoyed not the parts about Savannah, but John's relationship with his father, because it was so real and genuine. Ahh... I can't. Still feeling emotional about this book.

This is the second Nicholas Sparks book I read. I found that it was a good story. It was easy to read, but a the end I was in tears. I would recommend it to people who enjoy romance novels.

Loved it, forgot how sad of a story it was. Think it was about equal with the movie.

It just really wasn't for me. Did it make me cry? Yes. What do you expect from Nicholas Sparks? But it honestly just really made me mad towards the end and I feel like. And it was so slow! The build up to 9/11 (which was on the back cover) was nonexistent and it happened in the last 80 pages and it all went down hill from there...
