I don’t really understand the hype around this book—it was so slow, and the twist wasn’t twisty enough to be called a <‘psychological thriller’> I DNF’d it back in April 2023, picked it up again, tried to read, but just couldn’t get through it. Still regret wasting my money when it’s just lying in my cupboard

Page 304 just about killed me dead! My husband was so amused by the way I was hollering!! Then I was revived only for page 312 to knock me out. 5 stars!
Really unsure how i feel about this. The beginning was very slow. The plot twist was pretty easy to pick up on. And the ending was just… ????? uhhhh okayyyyy.
