I thought the story was very well written and flowed well. The story kept me glued to the pages to see how everything would turn out. I loved the characters and had this read in one sitting.
Wow what a read that will have you hooked all the way throughout this read as it will grab you from the very beginning to the very ending and you will want to read this in one sitting.
Kira has had her memory wiped & she can't remember Tal. He's been hunting for her for months only to find her "married" to another man. She doesn't believe he's her real husband & isn't sure if she can trust him. What neither of them know is that her mindwipe is part of a bigger plan to take down Tal.
These characters are just as intriguing as they were in book 1, The Traitor's Touch. I couldn't put this one down. My only complaint is that I would like to have learned how Kira was captured & had her mind wiped as part of a prologue prior to kicking in to the main story. However, by no means does this not being there take away from the storyline. The characters are all well-developed & written. The story line is creative & unique. You have unexpected characters show up & I'd like to have a story about them. Julie has another hit on her hands with this series.
