The character deals with a lot of misgendering, misogyny, and dysphoria throughout the book, but almost everyone who knows he's a boy is accepting and loving and incredibly supportive so it works out and feels really wholesome overall. I want Mr. Bennet to be my dad.
Moderate: Homophobia, Misogyny, Transphobia, Outing, and Dysphoria

The most disappointing part to me is that we don't meet Georgiana, but that's only a small thing.
I also loved the historical note at the end, it's always helpful to give context for how queer people existed (which they did) in historical times. And an excellent point that we only know about the trans people who were outed.
Graphic: Deadnaming
Minor: Homophobia and Outing
Deadnaming: As mentioned in a note at the beginning of the book, the MC is not publicly out and is thus deadnamed and misgendered by folks around him, though the narrative always uses his correct name and pronouns.Outing:
Homophobia:
