these are what they are, fun popcorn books! Not to spoil but the ending gave me hope that maybe someday, she will decide!
I love these books and the characters feel like old friends by now. I am pretty sure I've read all in the Plum series but even if I missed one it doesn't matter. I love laughing out loud at books. Makes me happy

Evanovich follows a formula. Using the formula is not an issue. The problem is that the jokes are pretty much the same in every book. I used to laugh out loud when reading her books. I don't anymore. The jokes are old and tired.

These are just great stories. They are laugh out loud funny as Stephanie bungles her way through her job as a bail bond enforcement agent with the help of her friends. I highly recommend these.
The usual peril plus humor of Stephanie's life. Somehow, it still works 28 books in. Grandma is slightly less outrageous, Morelli is slightly more domestic and Stephanie is ever-so-slightly less likely to take foolish risks.
Vinnie even behaves decently for once (as well he should). If you are a fan you will be satisfied with this latest entry in the series.
