This was my first (translated from) Japanese book and I wasn’t sure if I would find the writing a bit unusual. I had nothing to worry about. This was a very good book and easy to read. I loved it. This book has been compared to And Then There Were None and I can see why but the story is quite different, with some similarities in setting and pacing. The characters are well fleshed out too.
