I enjoyed this book SO MUCH more than book 1. I am loving learning about the sides of the war. I really enjoyed nassuns story and I think the way ragas are treated really messed with me in book 1, but they are getting a chance to carve their own niche in society. Loving watching Essun's growth as a person and watching nassun get manipulated into destroying the world. Such a beautiful story on the impacts of marginalisation and is such a fantastic delve into human psychology. Still sitting on the edge of whether it's a high 4 star or low 5 star, but it's damn good. I think I'm leaning towards high 4, but yeah, gimme more, let's see this conflict come to a conclusion
