The first 70%, where the focus is specifically on how to deal with fear, really resonated with me. I think, most people are likely to be able to take something from that and benefit from the text. The last part is kind of a generic buddhist teaching introduction, which I found a little too abbreviated to really make sense of.
Especially the section about "true love" is much more about moral statements, compared to a lot of the rest of the book, where the reasoning is clear to follow even from a non-religious viewpoint. For some reason, the later part of the book also constantly talks about how to practice with ones partner, which is a bit disorienting, and might not be very helpful.
