This book was so informative and easy to follow. I really enjoyed the way the narrator weaved the story about her life and her interactions with her patients. There were times where a part of the book came up and I was lost. I feel like some interactions were introduced with no background. Overall, I really enjoyed the book. All the feels.

fantastically written, and such an interesting perspective on therapy from Lori.

I kept crying so much throughout listening to this book (both happy and sad tears). It made it hard to listen to in public!
