I enjoyed this one, though it was a bit slow for me at times. It’s less self-helpy and reads more like a novel, which I appreciated. I was rooting for Lori, her patients, and even her therapist! Good book for self-reflection!

It's been a minute since I've read this. Frankly, I'm having trouble recalling the book and its lessons but I do remember the stories Lori wrote about with herself and her patients.
It was pretty eye opening for me to realize that therapists also see therapists themselves.
The ending fell extremely flat for me. Won't spoil but it's hard to understand exactly what the specific character learned from their therapy process.
