A five star rating for a spectacular concept book.

Such an engaging way for kids to start learning about the mixture of primary colors.

We read it 5 times in a row. I didn’t even mind.

Recommended for 0-4 year olds

An adorable introduction to mixing different colors for young children. The white rabbit climbs into the yellow paint, and then into the blue paint and turns into a green rabbit, etc. The art is charming.

Would pair with 'Dog's Colorful Day' for a color-focused toddler storytime.

This book works best as a puppet show. You can get plastic cups and use colored foam rabbits.

One of the best color mixing books out there (because of course you rinse in between -- something Pete the Cat misses). Gorgeous, simple illustrations; fun to adapt to flannel, too.

A color mixing book with simple text and plenty of white space on each page. A nice concept book for preschoolers.
