I found that this had some very helpful hints and tools about how to correctly carry on a crucial conversation. Some tools had quite a few assumptions behind them and were very general, but overall I found this helpful.

Another must read for leaders, and highly recommended for pretty much anyone. Really fast, easy read with lots of great examples.
