One of the more original and thoughtful pieces of speculative-gender-fiction I’ve ever read.

i think this had a lot of interesting things to say but you can definitely tell this was previously serialised on AO3 because it could do with a lot of trimming

This was a difficult book to read in many ways.  The subject matter of forced imprisonment and feminization leaves you with a lot of emotions. I almost dnf several times but the characters and story begin to pull you in. It’s with sticking to the end where there is a plot twist that explains everything. In print, the book has small font and very long chapters. I would like to read the sequel in the kindle version.
