Not a pretty cookbook, but solidly good. Warm and conversational with a consistent difficulty level for the recipes included and good information about substitutions. Admittedly more like a series of themed recipe blogposts strung together than a more standard published cookbook. Some formatting oddities where it seems like a paragraph break may have been dropped.
