Who the hell would name a band Slacker Demon?
These books are okay, but they seem immature and underdeveloped. I just don't think the characters are very realistic at all. Lots of potential, but I don't see myself ever giving Abbi Glines more than 3 stars (and, as an aspiring writer, I feel that's being generous).

I keep switching my rating from 3 to 4 and vice versa but I’ve finally decided on 3. I still very much like rush and Blair as a couple. The problem with the book is that it began to feel repetitive, like we get it Nan really doesn’t like Blair. I’m hoping the next book resolves that issue quicker so I don’t have to read that plot point for another 200 pages.

Twists and turns, oh my! More drama than an episode of the Young & Restless, you bet! Abbbi Glines sure knows how to keep you on your toes, with your mouth hanging open and not wanting to put her books down until you've read the last word. She is also the master of the thing I hate the most; Cliffhangers. OMGeeeee! I can't hate her for throwing them at me, because they just make me even more addicted to her writing. Cannot wait to see what happens next to the residents of Rosemary Beach.

The series is OK thus far. I'm on to the final book. The series as a whole wasn't what I was expecting, but it's a easy escapism.

Reread February 2020- no just no. The hero kept promising change, and repeating the same behavior over and over, and the heroine just kept forgiving right away. Hated this book

I felt this one was a bit better than the first book. I still can't fall in love with the series though. No matter how much I want too.

Still not a fan of these characters, still feels like a TV drama/soap opera.. but will likely still finish the series (sigh). Also, the pregnancy trope 🤦🏻♀️ (not even a spoiler based on when this comes into play…)

This was the book were Rush proved himself. Ieah, he has his faults, but who doesn’t? I have to say that I didn’t liked Blaire so much in this book, but I’m going to blame it on her pregnancy hormones. She was too unsure of herself and always looking for a reasons to let Rush go. In the end I liked the book, for a second time reading it I have to admit that it’s more addictive than the first time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars and I can’t wait to read the next one.

More of the same but still good
Blair got a bit annoying in this one. Felt like playing the victim and not seeing clearly, but I suppose it happened when you are dealing with a ton of stuff. I did enjoy Rush chasing her which he was barely doing before. Ahhh sometimes it is just good to read some brainless romance that washes up some of your emotions.
