This was a decent story; I'm sure I'll finish the series: nothing super special, no 3rd act breakup, and BFFs to lovers.

When Foster returns to town after a failed marriage, he reconnects with Wren and her twin brother. After several failed 1st dates, they finally decide to "practice date" which of course doesn't pan out since he's been in love with her for a long time.

Decent writing, pretty good characters, and plenty of actual LOL moments.

3.75 rounded up.

A Pizza My Heart was AMAZING! Foster and Wren are so great together. They've been best friends forever...even when Foster moved. Now that he's back, both of their worlds are going to change. Teagan is an amazing author. Her words are sincere, but sooooo real. She makes you feel like you are with the characters. I promise you will laugh hysterical with ALL of the characters in the book.

I really enjoyed the beginning of the book but then around the middle to three quarters, felt it kind of deflated. I felt like the characters seemed to become more childish as the book progressed. Cute story overall, just wasn't a fan of the characters.

Tegan Hunter never disappoints, and this time wasn't different. Very good and cozy childhood friends to lovers story.
Also I found super funny that instead of chapters there were slices, made me giggle every single time.
