Easy and fun. I needed a super light story about a forgotten woman being sought out and chosen for love. This was perfect and quick.

Ok, I am not a fan of Barbarian/Cyclops stories. BUT I literally adored this story. I have could not stop smiling and sighing over this. Seriously LOVE this book! I read the premise and thought interesting and debated back and forth over buying it. This will now be part of my re read stories because I just loved it. Now, I must go stalk Ruby Dixon because she is a must
I swear Ruby Dixon has the worst covers.
This was an ok read. More of a 3.5. I had to read this after a few Booktubers kept raving about it. Honestly, the heat factor on this was pretty mild compared to the Ice Planet B series. As a story, it's very sweet. I liked both leads but of course her obsession with being older got old real quick. I don't have patience for this in real or fake life. If someone has told you exactly what they think from day one and has not lied to you, regardless if you like the message or not, believe them. I'm just getting tired of the unnecessary conflict/doubt created for the sake of creating it.

3.5 ⭐ Had it not been for the random old lady who come in to cause a dumb conflict for two pages, this would have been a 4 ⭐. The setup was so fun and cute, I liked the characters, and it is well written. Then a crazy old lady comes and goes out of a bathroom while yelling about dumb shit and we have a last second and clunky conflict that really knocks you out of the enjoyment of the book because it is so random.
