I never really like novellas, but I just wanted to read about this couple. Super cute, but pretty uneventful.

My one complaint is that this book is not longer.

I need more. This was SUCH a quick read. Smutty, romantic, intriguing. I personally enjoyed every minute. It cuts right to the chase because it is only 130ish pages.

Perfect if you’re reading a lot of YA and need a quick dose of spice.

I love the idea of a Princess showing mercy to a young Prince and him saving himself for her years later. Gives me Anakin/Padme vibes.

This was a cute novella by the wonderful Ruby Dixon. I accidentally read the orc one first and they followed the same wedding ceremony, so it seemed kind of repetitive. I loved the reverse age gap romance.

So cute! It’s a he falls first and hard kinda book.

Since I'm a convert to Ice Planet Barbarians I figured I'd pick this up from my library (in audio) and see what else Ruby Dixon has in her arsenal.

And it was....OK. The idea that Mathior feel in love with Halla when he was 8 was sweet. It's a novella so don't really expect a lot of work building and you get a pretty sizeable time jump right away.

It's not enough to have me picking up the other books in the series. The narrators did a great job and they are her standard duo so I'll probably pick up more audio when I get myself back onto the IPB train.

This is a sweet, steamy romance. It has a pretty simple story, but I like the main characters (especially Mathior) and enjoyed reading about them.
