Wow, what a knock-out book. It’s one of those stories that instantly makes you want to reread it with what you know now. The language is lush and dense as a forest, growing its own symbols and metaphors, as paraphrased and given new meaning, this book is a structure to find home in. In a war everlasting through centuries, as is the human condition, there is also love and will always be love. A story so needed for this time and any time. I’ll be returning soon, no doubt, after the words have taken root.
