Wow, is there anything this woman can't write?

I had my doubts going into this book, especially after the first chapter.
I thought we were headed for heartbreak city, but Preston and Lennon were so sweet!

Preston—yes, he's a bucking dirty talking cowboy—surprised me with how thoughtful he could be, caring, and how loving he could be.

Lennon gave me good vibes from the beginning.
Her genuine, caring, innocent, and forgiving nature radiated from the pages.

Despite my dislike towards Callie at the beginning of the book, I actually began to sympathise with her near the end. I even began rooting for her HEA before I had even finished this book.
I'm very much looking forward to Callie's story.

This is my favourite of Elle's cowboys. I love Preston and Lennon. He is the sweetest towards her and only wants her to be happy. She supports him unconditionally and it is absolutely beautiful. Even though this is kind of slow burn it is definitely worth it. And the spice is amazing as always!

It's been a while since I've read one of Elle's cowboy books, but I remember how much I loved them, and this one did not change that for me. I really loved Lennon and Prestons story, and I love the world that Elle has created in this small town and with their family ranch. I really enjoyed everything about this story, and I absolutely devoured it. Straight onto the next book for me. Highly recommend.

What if I could have a life here? One that still involved my family, the ranch, and medicine?

Lennon is one of Summer's younger sister's - the other being Lennon's twin sister Callie - and she is studying medicine at Harvard, far from the home she knew. But Lennon isn't happy and a trip home she shouldn't take brings her back to the world she loves, the family she loves and the man - Preston - who has plagued her thoughts and feelings for years. A story that is more than romance but about finding yourself, reconnecting with family and realising that love can find you.

I'm really enjoying this series- super steamy, fast paced (definitely more on the instalove side), endearing characters and a big ole giant family dynamic. I'm not usually a cowboy/ranch trope lover, but I've been devouring this series. The ranch families, the scenic settings, and the sizzle of those bronco riders. The stories are feel good, lower angst/quick resolutions, and lots of spice!

That said, I wasn't sure how I'd feel about this one. I love the virgin heroine, friends to lover, unrequited vibe...and definitely the off-limits cause I work for you dad. BUT, I'm not a huge fan of I slept with your bestie...or in this case, your DAMN TWIN. I wasn't sure I could get over it.....and to be honest, it took me a while to warm up to this hero because of it. But, ultimately, the chemistry was super sweet, and I fell for these too. Elle is smart to keep the twin mostly out of the picture with her own issues (which we explore in her own book) and distances us from it with some time passage. We don't even get any explanation about why it happened....WHICH might annoy some, but to me, helped downplay it. That might bug some readers, but to me the less that was the focus the better, since that's not a trope I love.

Once these two get together it's SUPER spicey- lots of "lessons" and sexy exploration. And plenty of bull riding fun and catching up with this big ole ensemble cast, too.

From a catchy title to the hot cover to the goodies found on the pages, Can't Bucking Wait is a completely entertaining cowboy romance. It's kind of a cross between a second chance and a friends to lovers romance since Preston and Lennon have a bit of a past and they are friends. It's also a slow burn love story while still being sexy as sin. The chemistry between Lennon and Preston is off the charts, and Preston is everything a good book boyfriend should be and then some. He's strong and protective, he has just the right amount of arrogance while also being just the sweetest guy. Every time he said or did something (both sweet and sexy) with Lennon, I swooned a little more. I always look forward to Elle Thorpe's cowboy romances for that little getaway, that bit of escapism from the stresses of every day, and she doesn't disappoint with this couple. This one is perfect for curling up in my favorite chair and getting lost in the story. It is a standalone, but if you've read the previous books, you'll recognize a few characters. I will say that this series has been full of terrific couples, but Preston and Lennon have moved into the favorite slot. It's impossible to read this one and not root for this couple, and I'll be waiting for the next swoony pair Elle dreams up.

Preston and Lennon are bringing plenty of amazing banter and amazing chemistry from the start. I couldn’t get enough of them!

Lennon has been gone for two years attending Harvard, but she is learning that maybe becoming a doctor isn’t her dream anymore. She takes a break by returning to her hometown. Preston works for her father and she has had a crush on him for years. Preston…I love him. He is a city boy who has turned country and I can’t get enough of him.

Preston and Lennon have chemistry and I love all the tension that is between them. It leads to some amazing fireworks when they both finally just give in to each other. I love how supportive the two of them are of each other.

I’m also going to need Callie’s book like yesterday, because I have a feeling it is going to be FANTASTIC! Plus, I’ll never say no to more of these cowboys!

If you’re looking for a cowboy, forced proximity romance this is one to read.

Oh bucking hell! Preston and Lennon together were absolutely adorable and made me blush with their sweetness!

Preston and Lennon were honestly so relatable! They dealt with literally what every female faces these days! I loved how realistic it was and that I could relate!

I loved when Lennon stuck up for Preston after he was basically told he wasn’t good enough to be a pro bill rider. She is fiercely loyal and isn’t afraid to speak her mind but when it comes to physical touch she is a bit hesitant.

Preston was amazing in the fact that he didn’t just rush right in with Lennon to take her virginity. He actually took the time to get her ready and feel confident about herself.

I just loved these two so much!

Callie and Abel better have their own story otherwise i’m going to riot!
