I can’t fault it so has to be a 5 - sweet, emotional, classic.

I've always loved watching film adaptations of Little Women and finally took the time to read it. It was very rewarding to discover more details about each of the characters. They were definitely more fleshed out and it was a joy to behold!

This was a good, very sweet book. I can see how it would have been better to read as a child, with the lessons it’s trying to teach, but the absolute acceptance of the March family still warmed my old heart. I don’t know if I’ll read the rest of the series, but I’m glad I read this one.
