A Tíz Kicsi Néger óta nem olvastam ilyen érdekes AC krimit. Sorozatgyilkosság? Nagyon ötletes volt ahogyan kivitelezte az egészet. A végén nagyot néztem ám a gyilkos kilétén, habár majdnem megint sikerült csőbe húznia, ám ezúttal nem engedtem! Gondoltam is hogy túl egyszerű lenne a kézenfekvő személy, ezért a legvégéig volt egy megérzésem, hogy itt még azért hiányzik egy darabka. Azért is plusz pont jár, hogy már az elejétől beleugrunk a dolgokba, nincsenek fölösleges körök, unalmas bevezetés a szereplők életébe; Christie így is tudott atmoszférát teremteni, csak sajnos nem túl sokszor alkalmazta.
