This was an interesting revenge story. It deals with themes of SA and Jessie's quest to get revenge for her sister who died after having a relationship with a Professor. Jessie goes to the Professors college to enact her plan. Some things happen that she didn't expect. We learn a bit about Audrey, Jessie's sister, as we go, but the focus is mostly on Jessie and her relationship with Professor Crane as well as others around her. Jessie and Crane's relationship is a complicated one as her feelings about him waiver, and I'm still not sure what exactly to think of him. This isn't a super fast-paced book, but it's under 300 pages. There aren't really any twists, it's more of a story unfolding naturally.

I liked this one quite a bit and if you like dark academia, you might like this one too.
