Horton Hears a Who!

Dr. Seuss

4.07 AVERAGE

"A person's a person, no matter how small." I loved this story more than The Cat in the Hat. Straightforward and simple, but with great meaning as well.

I read this for the "Borrowed From A Friend" part of my 2020 reading challenge. I loved it, it's adorable and witty and touching. A person's a person no matter how small.

Dr. Seuss is one of the greatest children's authors ever, in my opinion. And this book is one of his best. The message within it is well worth sharing and is a great way to help explain to children that all living beings are worthy of respect, regardless of size, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or any other identifier.

How have I not read this book before!?!? Really excellent messages hiding right down in Whoville.

reading this book right now like “well THAT sure is some Political Commentary for our current time”

This book is perfect for children. Parents, I highly recommend this book. I mean, who doesn’t love a good Dr. Seuss book?

I read it as part of a reading for the children at my old elementary school. It was fun to go back to books that I have since forgotten.

Also, it is a great book, and the writing is perfect for children of all ages.
