I laughed, I cried, I definitely gasped out loud at some points. The love story is fantastic, and so so sweet. I loved Cooper especially, I think he may be my favourite character. I can't wait to read the sequel, the setting and the circumstances sounded very interesting 🤔

The premise and the plot for this book is interesting, but the execution just.. isn't it. The writing doesn't feel natural at all. It's kind of incoherent and the sentences just don't flow. There were some (actually kind of many) where I was drawn out of the story by a weird sentence structure or use of words.
The romance was way too rushed in the beginning before things went south, it wasn't really believable. Didn't really like the characters either.

I love a good zombie story, especially when the author adds an extra twist to the world and the way the zombies work.

I read this story in an afternoon, enjoying all the twists and turns along the way, and I can definitely say that it did not end the way I expected!

My only complaint is that the book isnt longer! I would have loved the last 100 or so pages to be developed even more, or for us to get a sequel that delves into what happens next. There's so much potential for what could happen in this world!!
