2.75⭐️ probably my least favourite. Probably gonna be lots of spoilers.
1. ‘Daddy’ just made me uncomfortable
2. Hated that she went from ‘I would never date someone so old’ to ‘omg I love him’
3. Why the fuck did he propose like 2 weeks in. Come on.
4. WHY IS EVERYONE SO OK WITH EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENS IN THESE BOOKS? Examples: mum being ok with her daughter dating her ex boyfriend’s dad. Parents being so ok with step siblings (especially the dad). 21 year old dating a guy 35 years older than her. No one ever has an issue and it makes it my issue.
5. There was spice but it was not as intense as the other books and it’s almost a let down.

2.5- 3 stars.
FMC was too young and immature for me to find this relationship believable. It’s a 35 year old age difference. I know it’s fiction but I think the only thing they had in common was the both loved her mother. Too insta love for me.
Looking forward to Eden’s book.

4.25⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Give Me More will always be my favorite SPC book and Praise close behind that, but this one was good! This was such a good story and kept me entertained. Loved Daisy and Ronan’s relationship.

steamy
I enjoyed this book! I couldn’t put it down. Lots of steam. The series just keeps getting better! Can’t wait for the next one!

Ronan & Daisy's story is an all-consuming, obsession-worthy, kink-filled masterpiece.
And what pulls this smutty perfection into a league of its own is Sara's ability to write toe-curling, squeal-inducing spice that balances both the sexual and emotional elements of the BDSM lifestyle in its entirety.
Ronan is a man recovering from immense loss - unable to risk another possible heartbreak. Daisy is a young woman starting a new life without her mother, feeling listless and unmoored. Their chemistry is palpable long before their relationship begins, in the small, quiet moments of platonic love.
Their innate trust allows them to be vulnerable with each other from early on, and the acceptance they reciprocate becomes a strong foundation for their relationship.
Once again, Sara Cate shows us how much more to bdsm there is than just sex (although it is insane fucking sex) with these characters, so perfectly balanced yet opposite in their trauma and personalities that it truly mirrors their pleasure dom and bratty sub dynamic in a way that feels honest, human and so divinely sexy.
I felt pretty confident that if anyone could write a Daddy kink book and make it hit all of the spots it would be Sara Cate. Their Daddy/Baby Girl roles are deeply ingrained in their personalities, and were heightened by the trauma they've experienced. We get to see the moments where they are exactly what each other needs, but we also get to see, like in any relationship, moments of insecurity, petulance and jealousy.
And I'm not just talking about our overprotective Daddy Ronan. Daisy also embodied her bratty baby girl role perfectly! She has these endearing almost childlike qualities, her wonder at the world, her emotive responses, but she also has a maturity to her in how she cares for those around her, vocalizes her needs, and throws herself into learning the lifestyle in a safe way.
I could talk about these two for hours and all the little things Sara did to create this perfect book, but here's the most important. I was not ready to let Ronan and Daisy go. So when you read this book, and you really should, enjoy every moment of it, giggle, blush, swoon, let your feet kick in the air, and have the time of your life. You will not regret or ever forget it.
