This book has amazing illustration. Not only is the art pleasing to look at but it is also meaningful.
Not only does the story go over a man's experience through the holocaust but it also observes the effects it had on his family years later and how having a of a person with trauma as a parent can affect the child. It's super reflective and interesting to read. It is also a piece that challenges traditional morals - loyalty and kindness - by exploring how people's morals may change depending on their circumstance.
