I have mixed feelings on this book, I loved the first but I think the sequel suffered from the second book syndrome.

In my opinion not much really happens throughout the book which made it slow and a little repetitive. We meet new characters, characters that I didn't at all care for. 

One of the main things I loved was how the author incorporated the Suicide Forest in Japan. But I was a little confused on the whole traveling aspect. Maybe I just wasn't paying much attention or forgot. 

I also had mixed feelings about the ending. Don't get me wrong I love how everything wrapped up and the finality of it but I wish it would have gone in a different way.
