J'ai adoré les revirements de situation dans ce livre. Jusqu'au dernier moment, j'ai eu plusieurs hypothèses sur qui était le ou les meurtriers, pour finalement être quand même surprise ! Je recommande fortement à ceux qui veulent une lecture rapide, mais forte en émotions.

Twists and turns, and not what you’d expect. I liked the ending and felt engaged the whole time despite being out of my normal genre. The FMC here is a little dense, and I don’t think that the NP role is accurately portrayed. This is a story about lost love, coming home, second and third chances, crime, trauma, and much more.

It’s felt corny and predictable. I was trying to giver her another chance because of how many people RAVE about her books. Not for me at all. Second book that I DNF by her won’t try again. They say 3rd times the charm but it wasn’t for Freida and I.
