A wonderful series about brother's and sister's that will capture your heart and wish you had a family like this. A great fun series. I share it with everyone I can.
Francesca’s story is my favourite of the 8 Bridgerton siblings, and that’s some tough competition!!
I just love a second chance love story and that epilogue had me on the floor in the foetal position - “Thank you, Michael, for letting my son love her first.”

Francesca’s book feels so real and close to the heart. The fact that it portrays so many emotions in a story is so relatable. I love her development as character starting from her first marriage, her grief and then moving on to her falling in love with her best friend. One of my favorite books from the series
"When He Was Wicked" by Julia Quinn is a captivating historical romance that seamlessly blends passion and wit. Quinn's writing style and character development shine, making it a delightful addition to the Bridgerton series. The emotional depth and unexpected twists keep readers engaged, making it a must-read for fans of Regency-era romance.
I really loved Francesca's story. She's so quiet and reserved but so strong for what she goes through. I think this is joint first with Eloise's book for my favourite... so far. I know this is Francesca and Michael's story but I was still very surprised how quickly John died.
This was probably the most boring Bridgerton book of them all but I think I like Michael the most out of all of the men in this series… at least on paper
