Featuring 4 stories, one for the Cutie Mark Crusaders, one for Princess Celestia, one for Spike and one for Princess Luna.

I loved Celestia's and the Cutie Mark Crusaders. Spike seems to get the short stick in a way and Luna's just felt a little off to me, but I still liked them.

Cute, funny, good messages. Not much to say otherwise.

This volume consists of four comics, each one spotlighting on a different character. This book spotlights on The Cutie Mark Crusaders, Princess Celestia, Spike and Princess Luna (in that order). I will reviewing each one in the order that I liked them (from least to most).

Spike: Poor Spike, the writers in the show don't give him enough of a good storyline and every time he does make character growth its non existent in another episode. The story was kinda boring and ho hum. It reminded me of the episode with Pee Wee when he took Pee Wee and raised him. It left nothing new. So sad

The Cutie Mark Crusaders (CMC): When I first starting watching I didn’t like the CMC. They seemed annoying. But now I love each one. In this story the girls run across a creature that can turn into anything its wants to and once it turns into the right thing it can choose to stay like that forever. (Kinda sorta simliar to a cutie mark). The girls learn a valuable lesson in the fact that you can't make others into what you want them to be and to not use others.

Princess Luna: Luna is by far my favorite Princess and one of my favorite ponies. In this story she trades places with her sister to run the day and it turns out how not she expected. It was interesting to see more of her personality it was a shame that they made her treat others with such little care. In the Nightmare Night episode all she cared about was what others thought, but that was not the case here. (Still love Luna)

Princess Celestia: Celestia is my least liked princess. She always seems kinda stuck up, too regal for her own good and kinda a troll. But this comic changed how I viewed her. It was by far my favorite MLP comic period. I can't into too many details without spoiling it, but it gave me a new respect for her and made me care for her more. The comic itself was full of cameos in the background and even right up front. The ones that stuck out were Chef Gordon Ramsay, Hughie Dewie and Louie. But there were others as well. This comic was great and I’m glad I gave it a chance.

Overall, if you are a MLP fan then its a great book. Otherwise its still a great story.
