As a sometime-fan of Bachelor, this was so good.

I read this last year and omg I loved it. As a curvy content creator, this book represented the experience of being in a larger body online/in the public eye SO well. All my curvy girls - this is a MUST READ.

This book was a 2.5 stars for me. I was very excited to read a book with a plus size main character as a plus size woman myself, and though I did find the book overall enjoyable there were a lot of things that didn’t sit well with me in the book. First I wish that it started closer to her actually going on the show I found myself skipping chapters in the beginning trying to be interested. The main character, Bea, also sleeps with a married man in the beginning and the only thing that she’s upset about is the fact that he left and didn’t get in touch with her. Of course this also follows through towards the end of the competition after she is turned down by two of her competitors agrees to jump into bed with luc. I also wish that their was more self love involved. However, the story was overall enjoyable and included a lot of diversity which was much appreciated

Enjoyed the bachelorette show idea being more inclusive. I can definitely relate to the mentality of I’m not good enough for the more attractive society. Definitely enjoyable to read.

At first I wasn't sure I'd like it, but once the show started and we got to see Bea start some serious growth it was a fun experience. Nice to see an asexual character in the mix. Her relationship with the series producer wasn't entirely believable but the romance was fun and it's good to see a plus size woman whose whole story isn't about changing her weight.
