This is actually really cute if you are team villain, and you like when the villain gets the girl, then this is your book. These are short stories compiled together from about eight or authors. There’s really seven but one is a quick blurb, mainly dealing with the realm of fantasy and Fae. Some of the stories are a little bit blond I’ll be honest, but there are some really really good ones that I am looking forward to going into the full story about. One is a sweet story about someone who has to buy back basically his childhood sweetheart from her father, who sold her off her debts, another is dealing with someone who is a Faevand decides to steal a sword and the owner of the sword confronts her, and that turns into a whole story and then the other just cutie one is dealing with someone from the underworld to his mate and wants to rip apart the world for being pulled from his realm. Yes and other stories but those were my fave. Good read!

Romancing the Rogue by Sophea Chan, Harper Lynn, TM Goodkey, Tasha Creed, and Jada McCrary is book one in the Falling for the Bad Boy series. If you like enemies to lovers, he falls first, love triangle, forbidden love, touch her and die, secret identity, monster, second chance, pirate, villain, closed door romances then you will love this book!!

This book had different stories written by different authors and I loved it!!

Loving the Monster by TM Goodbye: a man searched ten years for his love and has changed along the way. He sees himself as a monster she sees him as the man she’s always loved.

Falling for Evil by CN Noble: brothers who are royalty, one becomes a villain and a seductress a race to conquer the throne.

Eel Shipping by Megan Mosier: a sci-fi feel adventure with a mad-scientist and an eel that fall in love.

Of Fae and Wicked Kings by Jada McCrary: has a good looking villain, a mission, betrayal, and adventure.

Thieves Without Flaws by Harper Lynn: a supernatural story with great banter, and a cat and mouse chase that will keep you on the edge of your seat.

Bloodhound Rogue by Tasha Creed: good looking rogue and a feisty princess on a mission to search for the truth and save the kingdom.

Dead Man’s Grave by Sophea Chan: morally grey hero, a spirited love interest, full of betrayal, angst, and swashbuckling fun. Pirates need I say more.

Each fantasy romance story was different but they all had one things in common…morally gray characters. I enjoyed getting to read different authors who had very different writing styles and different ways of telling stories. I can’t wait to read more from each of these authors. Although these story had morally grey villains, I was excited to get their stories and chance at love. I enjoy these stories so much and I hope I get to read more stories like this!! I was give an ARC in exchange for my honest thoughts and opinions. Read this anthology you will get swept away!!

The villains deserve to find love and have their story told too, right? In this collection you're sure to find something to suit your fancy. Several of my favorite authors are included along with some that are new to me.

I loved the variety of reads in this anthology, some of them are definitely a great opener for a series while others are short, complete reads.
Thieves without flaws was a fun read, I loved the sparks between Melody and Dom and their partnership would make for a brilliant series.
Bloodbound Rouge was a great, complete story. I loved the way Dreagon grew and, almost matured, as he got to know Aliyah, and together they were a formidable force.

I just love anthologies as you get a small taste of lots of different authors. This collection celebrates the bad boy and I couldn't be happier. Each story is short enough to read in one sitting, but satisfying enough to elicit a smirk.

My favorite in the collection was Loving the Monster by TM Goodkey. This is a second chance of sorts, with the villain of the story having been searching for his lost love for a decade.

If you are in the mood for a quick read, I recommend this book highly.

This was my first time reading an anthology as an arc.

All of these stories in this book took on a different approach to a fantasy romance that is morally gray. I enjoyed getting these nice short little stories that all gave you a bit of a taste for that author's writing. I do know that several of the authors in this anthology have other books or the book in this anthologies a prequel to a series they have already written. It was very cool to get all of those in one book.

None of these had anything super dark in them and were more focused on the morally gray part being that they fell in love with the villain. I don't have any trigger warnings because of this aspect.

Each story was started with some sort of introduction and ended with the about the author and where to find the rest of their books.

What a delightful escapade *Romancing the Rogue* has been! This anthology, penned by the talented Sophea Chan, Harper Lynn, TM Goodkey, Tasha Creed, Jada McCrary, C.N. Noble, and Megan Mosier, invites us to explore the exhilarating world of villains who steal the spotlight—and the hearts!

The idea of a villain being just as compelling as a hero is brilliantly executed here. Each story pulls you into the lives of those who boldly defy the norms, showcasing characters that range from clever schemers to charming rogues. I absolutely loved how these authors crafted each tale, illustrating that love can bloom in the most unexpected places.

The clean, closed-door romance format made the emotional connections even more potent, allowing the tension and chemistry to shine without explicit content. It’s a refreshing change that highlights the depth of feelings—just as captivating as the dark allure of the villains themselves!

I found myself rooting for these notorious characters, laughing, swooning, and even gasping at their unexpected journeys to love. The writing styles of all seven authors brought a delightful variety to the stories, making it a joy to read from start to finish.

This anthology truly made me reflect on the idea that we’re all the heroes and villains in our own stories. If you're looking for a romantic escape that flips the script on traditional love stories, *Romancing the Rogue* is a must-read! It’s a charming reminder that sometimes, the bad boy truly wins the girl! ❤️

Overall this is a solid anthology if you like the morally grey or darker guy to get the girl. Obviously depending on taste some will appeal to you more than others, but I feel like there's something for everyone in here. Nice, quick reads and there are a few authors I will be branching out into their full books because of this read, which is all I can ask for in an anthology.

A mixture of authors, will be definitely looking into some of the stories to find out the rest. True to it's name of falling for the villains.
