the beginning was very arduous.
reading about such extremely pious people that they won’t accept any other gods exist to others could be my least favorite trope despite how realistic how it is

I didn’t enjoy this one as much as the first; it may have to do with preferring the dark and brooding type to the cheerful and charming.

Brielle was a nice MFC; I don’t think the theme of religion was for me, despite it resonating.

It took me almost a month to read as I focused on others before it; that made it a little blurry in remembering specific things, but the overall feel was fine. Will continue with the series!
