I didn't like Jackson in the first Lark Cove book (Tattered) and still don't. Willa chased after him so hard and is definitely too good for him. The ending seemed too "happily ever after". There were also a lot of moments from Tattered that were  in this book, but told from Jackson's perspective which made it repetitive.

Liked the mysterious twist toward the end, but not the couple.

Dual POV. She fell first, he fell harder. Mommy issues.
