As others have noted, less action in this one. More of a classic whodunit story. It didn't advance the characters much.

Robb is one of my favorite current writers and Eve Dallas one of my favorite detectives. How is it possible she has kept this series so consistently well written just blows my mind. 34 or so books in and this series is still as well written as it was in book #1 Naked in death. I will not give yet another description of the book. I will just say if you have not read this one, read it now. If you have yet to experience Eve Dallas I say go get book #1 and I envy you the fun to come.
