Love the guards series! This book is always worth a read, very quick and funny while making very salient points about the human condition, as most Terry Pratchett books are. The characters are incredible and it's always lovely to spend a couple of hours on the disk.

I still adore Carrot and Vimes is still a great character, and this was near equal to Guards! Guards! in my mind in that regard. Such a fun read, and solidifies the City Watch as my favourite sub-series within Discworld.
