I just wasn't enjoying this one, and since I've already read the next one in the series, it didn't seem that important to finish.

I feel like so far the Guards books seem to rehearse a lot of the same plot points. Aaaand once again the people of Anhk-Morpork want a king? Sigh. Okay. But I did like Feet of Clay better so we'll see what comes after.
