Emily McIntire has just reached a new high, this is my absolute favorite book in the entire never series. I thought that crossed was awful, so it took me a while to pick this up and I am so glad that it was actually good.
If you liked Hooked and Wretched, this is along the same lines but better! I love a dangerous gal AND man. Veronica is a key part in a corrupt mobster family in the deep south and her life gets turned upside down when she cousin brings home her New York gangster king fiancé. The only person in her life who has ever seemed to care about her feelings in regards to everything happening around her. The politics is fun, the family drama is insane, and the book was so good I almost didn't put it down.

the plot in this is soooo good def my fav in the series. I LOVE VENESA AND I LOVE ENZO AND THEY ARE PERFECT. and the smut was great.
