I feel like this collection started off strong but got less interesting as it went. A lot of the longer poems especially felt too stream-of-consciousness for my tastes. That is, individual lines would be interesting, but probably about two-thirds of the poems as a whole wouldn't gel into coherent images, events, or feelings for me. Even many of the best poems, I felt, had lines inserted that didn't really mean anything or help to improve the poem. There's a couple of really good ones in here though.
